about me

Hello and welcome. My name is Neda Yavari. I am here to accompany you in exploring what matters most to you. I work in a mutual, relational way, enquiring into your specific experience. I believe that you are the true expert of yourself underneath adaptations you have had to make. From a personal perspective, I understand these adaptations for myself, and know that the right therapeutic relationship can provide the environment for you to meet your true authentic self and flourish!

Integrative Transactional Analysis is the foundation of my approach to counselling and psychotherapy. It offers a humanistic approach to understanding yourself and others, and to explore your underlying needs.

I provide an empathic space for us to explore what you bring without judgement. I use a trauma-informed approach where all of you is welcome and accepted.

I consider myself a Highly Sensitive Person, and use this experience to create a welcoming space for clients who are highly sensitive or feel experiences deeply.

I am also of dual nationality, which enriches my practice with the experience of a mixed heritage.
